Holly Short is a female LEP officer, infact she is the first female officer in the LEP. Mulch is a kleptomaniac dwarf whose record is as long as his arm. Opal Koboi is a criminal mastermind who will kill at any cost.
Plot Descriptions:
Opal Koboi was captured by the LEP with Artemis Fowl's help. The LEP decided it was too risky to let Artemis interfere with the fairy people again, so they wiped his mind and everything went back to normal. Then Opal escaped and takes revenge on them all!!! They will have to work as a team to save themselves and Haven, the fairy village, from Opla and the humans.
Recommendations:
I recomend this book for people seven years and up. It is a confusing book if you have not read the others in the series. People underestimate it because it has faries in it.
I give it a 10/10 .
